Would it even be allowed to ship natural resources from one country to the another? I do not think it would be allowed by the customs and you can even loose the minerals in customs. If ever this was allowed, that it might have been a most profitable business for a lot of people because you can easily purchase some minerals in a cheaper price in few nations and sell those in nations where the price for such minerals is high enough.

But, you surely have to get certified from the government before you could do so or it might even be considered as smuggling because transferring natural resources from one country to another without involving the country government is not treated something as legal. I am damn sure OP wants some legal source of income though.

As a person who is related to geology, I can say that the transportation of minerals,gems is strictly regulated, and for this you just need a huge number of different documents, while they can simply be recognized as a rare sample from you, and even confiscated. if you can't prove the legality of its receipt.

Come to think that even goods does really need some certification or documents before it would able to pass out, how much more on natural resources or minerals?
Of course this one would have or does need strict compliance before its able to be exported.If not then it would really just be a big problem.I cant deny that this one
had a potential when it comes on making a business and become profitable but its complicated when it comes to processing of papers which is kinda hassle for most people
unless if you are willing to spend some time and cash on arranging up some things then you can go ahead.
