Just take the first line of the announcement. You can see a typo and the syntax is off. Here is how it appears currently:

"We have developed the fully-fledged distributed platform, 100% reliable electronic data circulation environmentfor all parameters of human life"

1. There is a space missing between two of the words
2. Language is off. E.g. it sh/could read: "we have developed a fully-fledged distributed platform that offers a reliable environment for data circulation about all paramerters of human life."
3. "parameters" is overly technical and could be changed to something like "aspects" or "dimensions".
