I think it is most likely that the inspector will only check whether your equipment meets CE-standards (most products have CE approved markings on them). If they do meet these standards, I don't think there is much the inspector can do to be honest (other than kindly requesting you as a good neighbour to limit disturbance in so far as possible). Perhaps you can take a look at your mining-rigs and see whether the products you use have CE-markings on them.
