During our cashout review, we were able to confirm that donsifon had been abusing an exploit that we have since patched. This exploit allowed players to keep multiple browser tabs open in order to change their wagers after an event has concluded. We patched this exploit on January 24th.

However, given the scale of the exploitation in this case and the ensuing abuse to our suport staff from this player, we decided to ban them from future action on BetRoar and return his original deposit.
