It's not a bounty, it's a signature campaign. To avoid asking unnecessary questions, you should read carefully what the manager writes:
CFNP = Closed for New Participants. So if you ever see a thread stating "CFNP", "CLOSED", "ENDED" or something similar, you do NOT have to reply in that thread and ask if you can get a spot.
