Yeah,,, this is called a hot wallet feature. You can arrange to have one wallet that received deposits and stores it up to a certain amount, and then this automatically processes withdrawals for users. Sort of like recycling deposits for withdrawals. Smaller withdrawals easily taken care of, larger ones you process manually. Keeps people happy and you can always top up when low balance or send to cold storage when high balance.
