Charts came from present and history data, to read it need knowledge. I suggest you to get teacher/ friend to help you because if depend read and watch video you will translate with your own language that's wrong. Reading chart is not easy, need professional to help you with it. It will not wasting time and money because you get from the expert, don't try read by your self.
