One thing I noticed on Stake.com is that they are not giving tutorials or manuals, explaining to new users how their games work. So, if you are new to say Sports betting, you will not know what to do. I approached their support staff and they acknowledged that and said that they are willing to teach new people how to use the different games, if they get stuck.

I think that takes away support from people who actually have game based problems and a quick tutorial on each game would not take a lot of time to implement. What do you guys think.... should they create tutorials for every game for the newbies?

Hello! Smiley

Regarding Sports betting at the moment there are guides about Asian handicap, Asian totals markets and about difference between odds display. You can find them on these links:

https://forum.stake.com/guides/advanced/handicaps-a-sports-betting-guide-r18/
https://forum.stake.com/guides/advanced/what-are-asian-totals-r19/
https://forum.stake.com/guides/intermediate/decimal-fractional-or-american-what%E2%80%99s-the-difference-r16/

Also, there are tutorials on slots, baccarat, video poker and blackjack:

https://forum.stake.com/guides/beginner/how-to-play-baccarat-r15/
https://forum.stake.com/guides/advanced/how-to-play-perfect-video-poker-r12/

We will surely take more time into writing up tutorials like those to help out to our new players. You are also more then welcome to ping us on support platform or in forum regarding any game or sports book market (preferably tag Darko, Dusan or MilanDj for sports book) and we will gladly provide the explanation on how it works.  Smiley

Ah, thank you very much for these links, I did not know about them. You should give these handy guides to the support personal to give to people if they ask about this. It would be nice if the chatbot could have a automated response to display these links, if you ask about this on the chat screen. < The problem with this is the bet requirements to enable you to chat or to ask for help there and also the hostile response you might get if you did >  Roll Eyes

It is nice that the tutorials are provided on your own forum and not external links to other sites, because that would open up a whole can of worms, if you get redirected to malicious phishing sites.  Roll Eyes

@DarkoReborn these are really helpful tutorials, and I’ll be honest I too didn’t knew about these tutorials before. @Kakmakr I’ll agree with your recommendations of automated chat bots giving out these tutorials, and it’ll be really nice if Stake can test it and implement it.

As said previously, newbies might not meet the minimum wager requirements to access the chat section, so they will not know about it, if it was enabled there. I think a better suggestion would be to put a small "?" next to each game and then to link that to the tutorials on the forum. Some of these tutorials are also a bit complicated, so I would suggest that it might be made a bit more "newbie" friendly.  Roll Eyes < Hint - Sports betting >

You can even add a "tutorials" tab at the top of the page, next to the casino / Sport betting tabs to give quick access to those tutorials. In any way, Stake.com is still a work in progress and a new site, so we might be expecting too much, too soon.  Wink
