Very well said mate, there are a lot of ways for you to recover yourself from being addicted in gambling, and on of the best way that you have said is focusing on your family or friends, if you have strong connection on your family and friends, then I don;t think that you will find gambling anymore, if you are gambling because of entertainment, then your friends and your family can give it to you more than gambling can give to you. But if you are gambling because you want to earn money, then you better stop it because there is a little chance of winning any gambling sites, because the one who win in gambling site is the owner of the websites.

Indeed, actually that is the first thing that came in my mind when talking about recovering from being addicted in gambling, Your friends and your family is a big help for you. You can find happiness in your family and friends compared to gambling, because you will only be happy if you win the game, but actually that is really impossible because it is really hard to win in gambling. Absolutely true, it is not easy to recover from addiction like in Gambling but there's always a way to get out of it such as your family. Make them your priority and focus to forget the mistakes you have done. But also i will just add some tips, addiction is not easy, one you could possibly do is to minimize the money you use in Gambling until you no longer do gamble. Also, let go to the past losses like money, this is one of the important thing to do when recovering from addiction. Money can cause you big problems financially and mentally, money will always come and go, you can earn it anytime because the more time you worry about it the more you are drown to the thought of it and will cause you anxiety or depression even more. Successful recovery will be effective if you are willing to help yourself in the first place.
