yes that's because of the lack of knowledge of people who join crypto so they are easily tempted by the lure of big profits.
for example the liza coin hype and halbing in the yobit market a few years ago, wouldn't that be one of the biggest hype, because my friend was also tempted by the promised profit.

Promised profit is pretty much always a lie unfortunately. I would imagine that everyone would love the idea of having a 100% guarantee that there is such a thing as guaranteed profit in this space, but that's probably one of the biggest red flags when it comes to crypto since in crypto...there's no such thing as "guaranteed profit".
