You say that you are a "fully licences casino and sports betting company" but it doesn't say who you are licensed by.
Who are you licensed and regulated by?
If a player has a dispute or complaint with you firm which isn't able to be resolved to their satisfaction, who are the regulators or licencors that they can take the matter up with next?

I see that you have responded to a 'positive' question which was posted after mine.
So this is the second time that you have ignored this important question.
Your refusal to answer can show two things.
1) You are a scam site.
2) You don't know the answer to this simple question.
Either way I wouldn't (and wouldn't recommend anyone to) risk allowing you to hold players funds.
If you are a scam site, then of course you would abuse your position of holding customer funds.
If you don't have the answer to this simple question, then it shows the incompetence of your firm.
Also, judging from how you are ignoring and brushing off mine and other peoples questions and concerns only indicated how you will act when you don't want to pay a player out.
