They are just trying to remind the users and be cautious on installing unknown / unverified / not trusted application. Even those apps on google play, they are not all legit what more coming from unknown sources. So every user should be aware of the permissions they allow when installing a software. As you can see now, your link was removed because its suspicious.

it a webview app nothing more then that it not accepted by google play becuase of bitcoin payments!! no other reason!
