Isn't the public relations department supposed to be part of the inner circle in the organization? They should be right there near the management in order for them to have better communications between them and the public. Looking to outsourced your PR department is really a bad idea if you think about the smoothness of the communication from each other so maybe you should try and to look someone near you rather than just recruit someone online.

thanks for your kindly advices,but,I have to say,sorry,I dont think so,especailly for a blockchain project,you know the most awesome features of blockchain is"decentralized",so,why not make it a little more diffrent from traditional project?
