I think this is a bad idea   We have a process to regain an account, it's best, anyone participating in this forum is obliged to learn about it before using, it is obligated. You must protect your account with your own knowledge, if someone says that I cannot take it back because I don't know where to do it, it is their fault. Their obligation is best secure their accounts, administrators only support them to regain accounts.
