So I believe that for secure and develop of the community, Bitcointalk administration need to send an one-time mass emailing to all addresses, registered in the forum database, with notifications that profiles can be restored if they were hacked, and add the link to the topic
"Recovering hacked/lost accounts".
I think this is a bad idea

We have a process to regain an account, it's best, anyone participating in this forum is obliged to learn about it before using, it is obligated. You must protect your account with your own knowledge, if someone says that I cannot take it back because I don't know where to do it, it is their fault. In fact, there are many hacked accounts, but those people
never care about the security of their accounts. So what makes us worry about others? Their obligation is best secure their accounts, administrators only support them to regain accounts.
