These forums looks completely different. I don't see any similarities. They are using different forum software. Bitcoinbangladesh use SMF 2.0.17 (Simple Machines Forum) default version without many modifications made and it really looks generic. Many other forums use it too. Thats correct. Cryptotalk used IPS (ortem theme) while the forum in subject used SMF (Ant's Mutant Curve theme) but i think the about user was talking about the forum section/topic which i believe also every forum look the same in that part.
Meanwhile, i will advise the OP to welcome others language or else the forum won't gain much public use.
