Could anyone answer how to send coins from frostypool to TradeOrge, please? What is file-wallet?

The best way is to withdraw from pools to your own wallet (the QT wallet can be downloaded on the github page of the mwc project https://github.com/mwcproject/mwc-qt-wallet/release) and ngrok on your computer via the http method (you can follow this guide to withdraw from pools https://github.com/anthill42/guide-http-ngrok/blob/master/receive_http_ngrok_qt-wallet.md).
