Feedback from DT members appear to everyone who has DefaultTrust in their inclusion (That's like the majority of members), neutral feedback is nothing but
1. a positive italicized feedback.
2. a negative italicizedfeedback.

If you can leave me a neutral saying whatever you want, then you should also be allowed to leave me a neutral saying " HE STOLE MY MONEY, SCAMMER", and you can argue that it's doesn't matter because it's italicized and not red and that it shouldn't affect my "potential" dealings on the forum because it's not in red?

If it's not always, and not never, it can be seldom, since you seem to have all the time in the world to dig my sent feedback, what is the ratio of neutral to negative/feedback I sent? it can't be described by any word by "seldom", although I admit my English is far from perfect but at least I know how to use the trust system:
