Some of the members from a certain local language board have managed to get some of their clique in to DT1, they have played the system for far too long. They have their own motives which are mostly based around trying to get on to (what they deem to be lucrative) signature campaigns and now even posing as campaign mangers trying to get an income which they are connecting with DT1 because they feel it will boos their chances to impress prospective parties.

I was once told in a PM by a well respected member of this community that he did not want to openly make his case against a member here because of the politics involved. The DT system as it stands is open to abuse and there are too many users that rotate in and out that should be nowhere near DT.

Thanks Loyce, informative as always.

I made some overdue changes to my trust list based on these findings -- not necessarily based on just somebody having negative trust, but a lot of things:

- do I agree with their ratings in large?
- do they even leave ratings?
- have they been active at all this year?
- who is in their inclusions list?

Not going to name names, but there's a significant amount of members both new and old that seem to be using the trust system to paid their scores or place on DT. I fully expect some reciprocal exclusions to take place shortly, but to be honest I don't blame people that do that, as I don't trust people that actively distrust my judgment either. Cheesy

I think in many cases its a matter of education and experience -- as mentioned earlier in this thread a lot of people just don't understand how the trust system works.
