All rules is so easy to get listed on Latoken so first choice new shit coins. I found Sheng World is good project but their IEO started in probit exchange. I'm surprised that new exchange also interested to run IEO when they haven't any investor on their exchange.

Yeah listing fee can help to conduct new projects on these shit exchanges. I blamed projects devs actually those are culprit and fraud. Definitely all of shitty exchanges will try to make money from new projects IEO. SHENG GLOBAL sound is good looks their dapps and entire of the improvement. Results will never good these are try to run IEO.
