You are without a doubt facing a difficult situation, if you tell your family relatives about online gambling that could cause them a problem on the long term as they do not seem to have their gambling under control, however if you do not tell them even if all the casinos are closed they could find a way to gamble anyway, they could gamble in underground casinos or they could play with other people that want to gamble and that could be very dangerous with the covid-19 crisis still in place.
