This is 2/3 Bullion Exchange advisors, "Julian Paten" and "Jaxon Killburn".

But when you check those pictures, you can see that those same photos are used in bunch of other places.

Do your further research, the advisors you found on the website are not updated yet, they were the pictures on the template on he website, it was the template developers pictures not ours and they will be removed soon.
