I could be totally wrong here, but typically the people on team 'china is lying' is right, so I'll just go over there 
no country knows the true stats of any country truely.
this is because not everyone is tested.
also some people who stay home when having mild symptoms may progress to respiratory distress and die at home, unrecorded.
this is the case for all countries
how every most countries including china have a policy that those entering hospital due to respiratory distress will be tested. and if it tests positive for corona. its recorded as such. and if they die due to respiratory issues not subsiding. its recorded as such
so its not a lie. its a lack of mass/total population info. and its the same case for all countries
Oh I'm alleging that every other country is right in their numbers or that China is hiding their numbers by only one test or something. I think that people in China are being tested, and that the Chinese government isn't reporting properly on their numbers. I think they're HIDING people that have been confirmed as positive for the coronavirus.
You're right when you say that not everyone in every country has been tested. That's true. But at least in the US they're trying their best to supply the demand for these tests, and people are being tested (this wasn't the case at first, but it is the case now) Cases are being reported, and they're not being hidden from the public.
I think China is HIDING test from the public. Wouldn't be the first time in just this particular scandal.
