Yups no Doubt that Dice and Roulette is the safest and advisable for Newbie in online game because these 2 are Friendly user games and i believe that majority of Us here (if not all) starts playing the games when we are beginning to learn about this Online playing.

actually the better word to use is not safe because these games are based purely in Luck so maybe we can call it as appropriate for starters.

Agreed if the player is newbie in Online betting but may have experience in real life betting so Sports is one safe place as well.
