100000 nodes means 100000 users. Aint gonna happen. First, people in average are very very stupid, literally hicks, whose literacy skills wane as they grow older. Only 1 in 1000 knows how to set up a node, and much less know how to keep it running. Rest assured that people will keep avoiding crypto in the future because risk aversion and low information field to which they are exposed are two key restrains that keep people from stepping in.

3000 looks very easy to achieve. We can see it after 5 epochs from now if we will maintain this grows speed. This unique project brings people outside of crypto society. As i know devs are mostly focused on them. That's why they don't spend too much time on Bitcointalk. Most participants have invited at least 1 friend/relative and teach how to validate correctly.

Maybe i'm too long in here to remain objective but i'm extremely bullish on IDEA network grow and DNA price.

If DNA price will push IDENA to top 100 CMC we will most likely see 100 000 nodes, because 1 person from third world country will bring here whole village (of course this one with internet connection).
