most addicts yes because they tend to foccus more on thier addiction but some addicts realizes that they are doing it wrong and will seek out help for other people or on thier own parents/family members .

i was once going to becoming addict that i was looking to pawn my own items because i want to go back paying for my loss but i was still thinking twice and i ask advice from my wife . she helped me ease those feelings resulting for me to calm down and play safer on my next gambling session .
