I think that news thus have effects on the market and changes alot of market sentiments easily. And also there is chain to dissemination of information, where some peeps get the information ahead and use it to influence the market before other users.
With just a news, token price can surge or dump drastically
You are right, only with a bad news. This whole market will collapse in a short time, I still remember March 2020. We have just received a few FUDs from the market and bitcoin price has dropped to $ 3,000. This is really terrible because it has caused many investors to lose 40-70% of their assets.
We can't be sure if it is the news itself or the events really.
Because at this day it is quite difficult to differentiate one from another.
But we as experienced users know - there are fake news and they could be viral
its the event obviously because if the events are true like for example if one whale pump the market , the market can pump with or without news but most of the time we dont know it because most of the news were mainly when there are negative events like for example if an exchange got hacked .
on the other hand fake news pops up too and they mainly target newbies or the people that dont do thier own research which will then eventually lead them to panic selling which also caused for the market to crash .
