I did a bit more research on this notsofast guy (thanks ACGcrypto and socky mcpuppet for bringing him to my attention) and I remember him as a long-time serial shitcoiner. I stopped paying attention to him in about 2016.

His "clout" seems to be recently interrupted by his decision to back one scam project after the next. First it was APX Ventures and then it was the crypto-bridge scam exchange, which he kept touting as being amazing, all the while it was preparing for an exit scam (but didn't close until after they suddenly decided to collect KYC on all their members).
