Being optimistic isnt bad but we know that government doesnt really like Bitcoins existence thats why we have seen that each country does have its own view towards bitcoin- Some do recognize it but
most of them totally ban it or getting rid of.

Bitcoin is a thing that opposes centralization on where government is doing.So its just normal for them to have such measure since they do know the threat that can impose against them.
Adoption is on the move though but we cant totally see its total potential as long there would be blockage from the government..

It should start with us, bitcoin supporters, the key for the bitcoin's success and mass adoption is when we work together as one in promoting and advertising the benefits of cryptocurrency in the community. We should think of a unique and effective strategy for us to persuade the government to implement it in their country. If they are knowledgeable enough about the use of crypto, they will notice it when the right time has come. Our aim is the government to have trust in the bitcoin in helping its economy to grow, every people should try to use bitcoin and let its effect decide their decision if it is good or bad in their economy. Don't make any conclusion if you don't experience using bitcoin in your investment and transactions yet.
