i have seen very similar thing posted on bitcointalk (services board) and also once elsewhere claiming they only have this hash and want it be cracked. there is a good chance that someone is selling this on the internet with the promise of a very high reward inside if they break it.

This a thing, I've seen rewards up to a few 1-20 BTC for the recovery outside this forum. Once you have control of the wallet, would that person be willing to only deduct whatever they want. It's a risk for both parties. Shocked
