Sometimes your IP will be changed every 1 hour, a couple of times or went you on a different area. All my provider internet in my country most of them using IP Static, so probably i can't really get the same IP with yesterday except for WIFI. But its kinda weird went the "holding fund" trigger on the different address too, if they triget with the IP could be normal.
