A bounty campaign is when someone pays you to advertise his project. The end goal is to spread the word about a project trough social networks. Have a look here. It's a thread with most active bounty campaigns (listed in the first post).

But you should know that majority of those campaigns pays in their own coin/token that often isn't listed on any market making it hard to earn real money. All you end up is bunch of worthless coins/tokens.
