However, wouldn't it be great for Stake to actually hire someone who would be constantly here and talk with people as well? Instead of just sharing one message per day and leave. Is it so disgusting to expecting stake to have a community manager that is in talks with the customers as well?

Just as Symphonized mentioned, there are some answers that she may not be able to provide right away so she simply forwards the matter to our superiors. There is no need to say anything bad about her (or anyone else in general) because of that. We all have our job domains and we are trying to do them as best as we can, even if that means that we make mistakes sometimes.

I am not sure how that would work since that person would again have to check with admins or us, so it would be the same I guess. The best solution would be if we, the Support Team and admins, could try and be more active here. Smiley
