Project nowadays are not good after all, they are delaying their progress too much.

if it has happened like this then it is definitely declared as a scam exchange place because the beginning of the scam process has already happened as happened at the BCNEX exchange place which has been recorded as a scam exchange place because it prohibits traders to make withdrawals while for deposits still allowed and it will be giving traders the traps.
