Showing some friendly styles providing loans or other types of attracting offers to other underdeveloped countries seems to be effective to earn more trust from leaders who in need of such opportunities. China playing it right and forming allies seems to be effective, though being the king would hurt the butts of those super nations and can create panics and start a world wars.
