This was their original promise but then the plan changed. They halved the number of tokens right after the ICO ended and in exchange they won't do it. Even though it's pretty bad but if you know Ubiatarplay, you'll find it even worse.

This one is a very bad project if you wanna try to create a comparison and it's better to take crypto.com as the best project that was working in the same way but both have different result as crypto.com able to get into the top 30 CMC while this one is not even having future.

Ubiatar is a garbage project too. Ubiatar is a scam.

They must have registered to the regulator to be able to raise the funds from the institutions. That's why this project was choosing ico because it doesn't need to be registered as a verified platform.
