Ethereum is in 2nd position so it is still a good option if we like to invest in a safer way even if eth is a little bit dependent to bitcoin price. Currently, I am holding few eth because I know the potential of this currencies and I will not sell it if I cannot achieve the x6-x10 of its price.

And I am hoping that eth will be able to reach 400-600$ by the end of this year 2020 but it will only happen if the bull season will be triggered after the bitcoin halving.

True, IF we look at long term Ethereum is one of the best coins, but if we look in short term? Believing in the bullish scenario caused by the upcoming ETH2.0 update.

There was no differences between the potential of ethereum to be used for short or long term investment. Imagine when ethereum POS system will attract more than 1 million stakers and how much ethereum will be locked into the staking wallet. That means a very huge chance to increase anytime.
