I just feel it's important for me/us to know for future reference if we should rely on the information given by live chat support or not.
It depends on what you're going to ask, from my experience sometimes they're helpful but if it's about a newly released promotion better ask it here. They're just trying their best to help so we can't blame them for their mistake even if they had the wrong assumption.
