We discovered the reason for the discrepancy between your investment ROI and the 'investors profit' movements displayed on the site: the number 35.26482782 BTC was not the investor's profit at the time but the investor profit at all time high. This error has now been fixed:
"Aggregated Investors Profit is what is shown now and captures the sum of the profits current and past investors made so far
I'd like to apologise again for the issue. There is no excuse for this, but it was not our intention to mislead anyone. Also - please be assured that the numbers as they relate to your investment have always been correct, the unclear part was how much the 'others' have made.
With regards to your ROI 'going down' at the time of your post - this can be due to a combination of factors. As you have said yourself, you had amazingly high ROIs a few weeks ago, but they might have been gone down because of player wins and the new bankroll deduction update that we have discussed on this forum. I appreciate the new bankroll deductions may seem like bad news for some bankrollers but we believe it's a good change that will reflect positively on the site in the longterm.
With regards to your comment on the jackpot resetting: this is something we have no control of as all the rounds have been generated in the one seeding event we posted on this forum originally. You can find out more info about it here:

The Investors Profit is growing while my investment ROI is falling (and falling very fast !!!)
Oh yeah and of course the mega jackpot keep reseting since then.
I emailed your support also to know more about the official part of your site and of course nobody answered.
Gonna withdraw all my investment from your site if no acceptable answer before the 25th of April.
A few hours ago we made an update on the way our jackpot wheels work:
If a jackpot round is triggered but the total amount of bets is lower than 5 mBTC - the wheel will spin without any fixed prizes.
The Mini, Major and Mega will play the same during these rounds and this change won’t affect how these Jackpots are paid to the user. If the total bets of a round that triggered a Jackpot reach 5 mBTC, then the fixed prizes are available again for all Jackpot wheels.
