First of all with regards to your issue: it wasn't just a technical problem. Gameplay from multiple devices is not supported. You were making bets on the same account on the same round from different devices, which is suspicious behaviour to say the least. A normal player will not even be able to play from two tabs, he'd be logged out. We will make an exception this time and assume this was some sort of a rare error. I am happy to say we have credited you 15 mBTC!

With regards to the second issue, as amBIT has said himself on the public Rocketpot chat, he won the 'pink prize' but it did display as zero. This was because he spun the wheel after the update and the round was indeed below 5 mbtc. In fact, I noticed that he increased his bets afterwards to make sure the round goes above 5 mBTC. Moreover, whilst he claims he should have been won 50 mBTC (?) whilst our provably fair checker shows that the round result in a >5 mBTC scenario should have been 15 mBTC. However, since timing of this is indeed unfortunate and the user was active on the site during the update - we have credited amBIT 15 mBTC.

Last but not least - with regards to the jackpot increase you mentioned in your following post. Whilst it is mentioned in our FAQ, I will announce it here publicly as well:

As of today, the jackpot contribution is 0.03% from the total bets of the round. This is lower than before the change was made which is why you are seeing slower growth. I am sure that as a player base / bet amounts grow, you will see the jackpot rising fast. This has been done in order to balance the bankroll deductions change and improve the bankrollers perspective.
