The most ridiculous thing about such scams is that they require KYC only for withdrawals but you can freely deposit without passing it 
That's what happens when gamblers quickly skip the terms and conditions on registration. And would complain about as if like they don't know what they've agreed for. Additionally, one thing similar for that is having only one account, but end up being in a situation of account getting freeze because of multi accounts and complain again as i they don't know...
