This is actually the reason why I stopped gambling AND trading real money on any type of iPhone, because I had similar issues such as you. With gambling especially on a small screen its very easy to enter the wrong bet amount or hit the wrong button. Especially if you are doing it over and over again. Same with trading trades, my issue was that I would accidently go LONG when I wanted to SHORT or vice versa or accidently enter a wrong unit amount like instead of buying 10,000 units or BTC I would either buy 1,000 or 100,000.

Looking back I think I made those mistakes because I was in a rush and time and greed was a factor and I would of looked at what I inputted before I hit BET or EXECUTE trade. Hence now I either use my iPad or computer and never run into these issues. With iPhones its just too problematic to gamble on.

Sorry for your loss but I understand why they don't want to give you a refund. Doesn't seem to be anything wrong on their end.
