The website you are talking seems legit but their withdrawal is not instant it will take 7 business days after the confirmation and also they have a minimum withdrawal limit so if your BTC amount is lesser than that you may not withdraw it. But casinos and any gambling methods are not really an investment, if you want you can invest in the gambling sites bankroll and choose complete crypto gambling sites if you wanted to invest.
