For sure there is the possibility for the price of Ethereum to increase to that level. The price has been steady up this month and this might trigger a FOMO and a lot of people will rush to buy, thereby leading the asset to a bull run. The BTC halving is in few days, what kind of effect is it going to have in the cryptocurrency market, especially with the coins that correlates with BTC, just like ETH.

For sure, Ethereum is the biggest altcoin in the market. But it doesnt mean that the price will be going up all the time. Around last year Ethereum wasnt really good and there were lots of other altcoins that performed better than it, although they were not able to reach a level to overtake ETH as the number one altcoin in the market.
