I hit 42.6 with Hynix and 44.9 with samsung stock timing!

You can actually go 50 MHs+ on a vega 56 with Hynix. This one can go 52 MHs+ at 1090+ core.

What is your Hynix timings please?
I have been browsing the forum but havent seen the actual timings to achieve 50MHs.
