An update:
I was requesting Lauda to join us here as one of the governing body / Co-ordunator / or whatever you call it, title does not matter. Goal is to ensure we are doing the right thing on the process of approving/selecting candidates from the applicants. Good news is that she agreed and confirmed her joining. I was waiting for this to be honest and I am happy to have her on the board. There are few other members too who I sent PM requesting the same and please feel free to response me. You will be most welcome if Lauda has no obligation.
From now on Lauda will get the same information that I will receive too.

Yrs, I will make a brand new thread. I suck in design but I will create the contents and will ask my good friend Zewe if he can come up with a great design. He is the guy who designed the signature code and I am sure you all liked it.

I'd suggest that you start a separate thread including the formal definition of the project and related announcements, letting this thread to be a place for casual discussions, new ideas, etc.
I think there is a need for such a formalism. You can lock the thread and bump it regularly and use its link in the signature, Very impressive signature by the way.
