The hardest part of this project is to verify a user if he is telling the truth. For this reason we needed this board of trusted and experienced users (now we have Lauda, if anyone else does not join then me and Lauda will perform this hardest job). The applicants will be interviewed by the board memebers, also we will try to gather as much information as possible from the applicant by respecting his privacy and other stuffs of course. We will give our best to analyze the information and then will finally decide the application is approved or not. Our goal is to help the user who needs legitimate aid. (so far this is my idea)Hard job but doable. We really do not want a genuine user to suffer for the opportunist (exploiters) around us.
