Once again you are spreading FUD.
Any freeze request FROM ANYONE will behave the same way and freeze movement of the coins. If there are ever more "no" votes to the proposal, the coins can move freely to prevent abuse of the system. And that is the same for every freeze request that has transpired in Energi. I have no special power or enhanced ability to freeze coins as you have falsely claimed numerous times.

I really have no idea about those deposits, I think the answer there is: You're just grasping for anything to attack. As far as I know we had no timings of coins sent before the migration or before deposits closed. You already falsely accused me of selling funds which isn't so!

And I know why this is so hard for you, Energi still has market-making, GOD FORBID! You know, the service every asks for and needs in a market? Again you don't care about that, just looking any BS avenue to attack!

And by the way, Energi is NOT a security, that's one of the reasons we didn't do an ICO! If you think Energi is a security, you better think every damn ICO or project that raised funds is a security first. And frankly I don't really care if you think that or not, I designed Energi intentionally as a SELF-SUFFICIENT system, that does NOT require me to function, which can be replicated (and I hope it is, for humanity!)

So following your logic EBI key can immediately freeze assets but requires masternode voting to enforce or drain, so how did you drain +2 major wallets without any community voting, if there was any community voting kindly point it out. That can only have happened if you have control over the network of masternodes (nice monthly stream of NRG coins you got there, I think a clear ICO would have been better than a constant 50%+ tax on rewards)

You disclosed that NRG has a market-making department and it was obviously still active during this whole deposit lockdown, meaning there was 0 sell pressure from energy holders and just from NRG CORE, talk about conflict of interest here.
That doesn't sound to good, I think it would be better that you refrain from argumentation and go back to ad-hominems since you are digging yourself deeper here.

Market-makers can continue to serve users if deposits/withdrawals are closed while maintenance is happening! Again, any NORMAL user appreciates this!
