The fund those we are working on collecting are the funds we will use for forum members. If someone is not forum member then it's not for him/her. Sorry, we can not use the fund for a non forum member. Forum members are our priority.

As I advised earlier, do some personal arrangements. You must know that we are a very generous community. If your initiatives creates appeal and provides enough value then it might work.
