Are you Daff? It's right there on their website in black and white. The Pre-order now is for the batch 2 Neptune's of course if you knew how to read you'd know that.
"Neptune is our first 20nm product and will be shipping in Q2 of 2014. This order is for the second batch which will leave about one month after the first batch."
