The problem is abusing your DT1-power to make more than one negative feedback show up by default.
Requiring inclusions from at least 2 or 3 DT1 users to become DT2 would largely negate this problem, along with the problem of trust self-scratching. Increasing the requirements to be voted on to DT1 wouldn't be a bad move either.Naturally you fit that prerequisite, so you don't see that as being a problem.
